Solera Vale – Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Solera Vale, we value transparency and fairness. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

  • All services are non-refundable once performed.

  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes vary by individual.

  • Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions are not eligible for refunds.

3. Packages & Prepaid Services
  • Prepaid packages and bundles are non-refundable once any session has been used.

  • If no sessions have been used, a refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Approved refunds for unused packages may be subject to a processing or administrative fee.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Fees
  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for:

    • No-show appointments

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time

     

  • Fees are non-refundable.​​

5. Products
  • All product sales are final.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the product is defective at the time of purchase and reported within 48 hours with proof of purchase.​​

6. Medical Contraindications

If a client is deemed medically ineligible for a service before any treatment is performed, Solera Vale may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a refund for unused services, or

  • Offer a credit toward an alternative service

7. Gift Cards & Promotions
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

  • Promotional or discounted services are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Solera Vale directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restricted booking privileges.

9. Policy Updates

Solera Vale reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
